Return & Refund Policy

At AyuPragya Healthcare Equipments, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from ayupragya.com.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products with missing serial numbers, labels, or tampered packaging.
  • Consumable accessories (e.g., massage pads, gel packs, replacement parts).
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@ayupragya.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return authorization if eligible.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Share the courier tracking details with us after dispatch.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, AyuPragya will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other customer-initiated reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. AyuPragya is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please provide your bank account details when contacting support.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products received at delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo evidence.
  • Subject to product availability, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after the original item is received.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery — this is required for all damage claims.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Warranty Claims

Most AyuPragya products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for defects arising after the return window are handled separately under the product warranty terms. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product or contact us for assistance.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy above.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
