1. Order Cancellation Policy (Before Dispatch)
You can cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched from our fulfillment center for a 100% instant refund with zero penalties.

- Cancellation Fee: ₹0 (Zero). No deduction or hidden fee will ever be applied to pre-dispatch cancellations.
- Refund Trigger: Upon confirmation of cancellation, a full 100% refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method.
2. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window
Customers can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. Products are eligible for free replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
- Product received is physically damaged during transit or has structural defects.
- Product is non-functional, dead-on-arrival (DOA), or experiences motor/electrical failures upon initial unboxing.
- Incorrect item, incorrect color, or incomplete package received (missing power cord, remote, or accessories).
- Manufacturing defects covered under AyuPragya quality assurance standards.

Our insured logistics partner (Shiprocket/Delhivery/Dedicated Surface Cargo) will pick up the item directly from your doorstep at zero cost to you.
Instant Replacement or Refund
Once inspected at our facility (24-48 hrs), a brand-new replacement is dispatched or a 100% refund is credited to your original payment method.
4. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping Charges
Restocking Fee: ₹0 (Zero). AyuPragya never charges restocking fees on verified claims.
Return Shipping Cost: 100% Free reverse pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments arranged by AyuPragya.
5. Refund Method, Currency & Timelines
All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). Refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours after order cancellation or after the returned product reaches our fulfillment center. The credit will reflect in your account according to your payment provider:
- UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 3 to 5 business days credited back to the original source bank account.
- Credit Cards: 5 to 7 business days (depending on your issuing bank's billing cycle).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via direct NEFT / IMPS transfer to customer's verified bank account within 2 to 4 business days.
- Payment Gateway: All online transaction refunds are processed securely via authorized aggregators (Cashfree / Razorpay).
