2. Pricing, Currency & GST Invoicing (INR)

All prices displayed on AyuPragya are denominated strictly in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and are inclusive of 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Official GST tax invoices detailing HSN codes (e.g. 901910) and CGST/SGST/IGST breakdowns are automatically issued with every order for consumer records and business input tax credit.

3. Payment Gateway & Transaction Security

All online transactions on ayupragya.com are processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments, Razorpay, Stripe) using 256-bit SSL bank-grade encryption. 4. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

AyuPragya provides comprehensive on-site pan-India warranty on all genuine purchases:

• 4D & 3D Luxury Massage Chairs: Up to 36 Months (3 Years) Complete On-Site Warranty covering motors, motherboards, air pumps, power supplies, and titanium chassis.
• Leg Massagers, Percussion Guns & Portable Devices: 12 Months (1 Year) Comprehensive Warranty with doorstep pickup or service center replacement.
• Warranty is validated using your Tax Invoice and Product Serial Number.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of transactions on this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
